420 High Tea Picnic

This is a picnic to celebrate our wonderful cannabis community, and support the growing grassroots movement to end discrimination and normalise cannabis regulation.

This peaceful event is designed to demonstrate that prohibition doesn’t work and harms ordinary people.

Police may attend the event and will likely take a zero tolerance approach to cannabis, so have a look at “know your rights” below.

PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS AN ALCOHOL FREE EVENT.

If you are bringing your prescribed medicinal cannabis, please ensure it’s in the container provided by your dispenser, bring a copy of your prescription or a letter from your doctor describing the medicinal cannabis you are taking, and have your ID with you.
If you want to bring regular cannabis to the celebration, please be aware that we are not in a position to provide legal support. Our team can keep an eye on police activities, but we advise you to exercise caution and remain respectful.

Brimbank Council have granted us a permit to hold the event. Let’s show our appreciation by keeping the area clean and properly disposing of litter or taking it with us when we leave.
