From the 21st – 22nd of May, 2024, the Legislative Council of Victoria’s Legal and Social Issues Committee conducted public hearings for the Inquiry into Workplace Drug Testing in Victoria.
David makes a contribution on the final report of the inquiry into the government’s proposed changes to WorkCover. David was part of a dissenting report which recommended that the Bill be withdrawn entirely.
